Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the ambitious adaptation boasts one of the biggest ensemble casts assembled for an Indian film. Ranbir Kapoor leads the film as Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi stars as Sita. Yash takes on the role of Ravana, one of Indian mythology’s most iconic and complex antagonists. Ravie Dubey plays Lakshman in Ramayana. Apart from Kunal Kapoor as Lord Indra, the cast also includes Sunny Deol, Lara Dutta, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Vivek Oberoi, Arun Govil, Shibhana, Indira Krishnan and Sheeba Chaddha in pivotal roles.
