She admitted that she never felt pressurised by discussions around how a woman’s biological clock starts ticking. “I wasn’t even sure whether I wanted to have a baby because there was too much on my plate. I wanted to work and I didn’t want to take on responsibilities. I was borderline not maternal. My life was only my husband, my dog, my mother, and my career,” she said.
