Chennai airport’s international terminal fell into pure chaos as hundreds of passengers were left stranded at the airport on Thursday morning, July 28. As per PTI, the affected passengers were scheduled to fly to global destinations including London, Dubai, Singapore, Myanmar, and Doha. As per the airport sources, the delay happened between 5 AM and 11 AM, when the airport had around 17 international flights scheduled to depart from it. Reportedly, the Chennai’s airport’s international terminal has 12 entry points, out of which 10 gates have double-sided access; however, it was due to key gates being locked that the passengers were left facing hardships.
